Someone posted something how this is illegal against the Fourth Amendment and title 3 of the Civil Rights Act which states you can't ask about a person's medical condition

Couldn't find the definition of a wellness program.
Just because they can ask, I don't see any it written down that you have to comply with that request.

They can track whilst they're not doing anything about it (which the article doesn't technically suggest they are for now). It might come in useful for them to have a list of unvaccinated in a few months' time when all the vaccinated are too sick to work.
