Real vaccines "teach" your immune system how to fight the virus, germ or bacteria before you catch the real one. Therefore, real vaccines help you become immune to the illness. When a high enough percentage of a population have become immune, you have herd immunity.
Obviously, the fake vaccines do not make people immune to the chinese virus, so they do not help achieve herd immunity - but we are either already there or getting close (depends on the country) regardless of the fake vaccines.
