can't confirm but it seems like it seriously could be. Its a huge joke because he can only say the truth in a comical manner, when its serious you get banned, but because its a parody account he can get away with it. And its like a joke he gets banned on twitter comes back in disguise as 'Donaldo Trumpo' with a mustache hahah
