There have been UN vehicles here for years. Witnesses describe UN vehicles going in and out of huge tracts of forested government lands years ago. They suspect they were helping build the FEMA camps. There is a fenced in parking facility near where I live and about 7 years ago a friend of mine video’d about 60 UN vehicles parked back there.
