I did that for awhile in my early 20's! I felt good being an A and eating vegetarian. But after awhile, I quit because I started really craving meat. Started eating whatever again. Fast forward nearly a decade later and now I'm doing no grains, starches or sugar and I feel even better than before. I have no plans of ever changing my diet again. Because of the globalist push toward veganism, I naturally wanted to do the opposite and I'm glad I did.
What I found works best is to eat your body type which often is reflective of your genetic lineage and background from a region of the world.
