On a scale of one to ten, how fcked am I? I’ve moved out but not before 3 days of exposure.

Considering most of us have regular contact with people who got the jabs, I think you’re worrying a bit too much.
You need a high concentration of the “shed” spike proteins to have any serious complications, and the spike proteins themselves don’t replicate, so even if you were swapping spit for 24 hours and had a reaction, it’s only temporary.
Additionally, unless you’re already in very poor health or pregnant, you have a higher chance of catching covid and dying from it than experiencing any symptoms from being exposed to the jabbed (which is to say effectively 0).
Can I get some resources on how they replicate? I was under the impression exposure to them would inevitably cause replication.
They don’t replicate at all. The mRNA from the injection is what causes their production (or synthesis) by instructing normal cells to produce that particular protein. The mRNA does not “shed.”
You can find more information by looking at videos or papers of any biologist critical of the injections (as opposed to random word press blogs created by the paranoid and ignorant).
Thank you so much.
Don't take this persons word for this. Their disdain for others (many very qualified doctors and virologists) talking about their concerns for the unvaccinated to be impacted by vaccinated people's shedding is concerning to say the least. Would be more inclined to listen to them than this persons opinion.
Theyre using the mRNA to administer a spike protein. That spike protein, despite what we were told, is able to leave the injection site, enter the blood stream...and from my understanding, replicate as it spreads around the body...crossing the blood-brain barrier and settling in high concentrations in the liver and ovaries.
The spike protein itself doesn't replicate, but the mRNA instructions program our cells to continuously make more spike proteins.
mRNA = multiple use protein making instructions.
Otherwise, all correct IMO
Your understanding about the replication is not backed by any known evidence. The protein itself has no means of reproduction, and relies solely on synthesis triggered by the messengerRNA which is injected from the treatment.
The problem with the liver and ovaries is correct, but only in a body that is being overrun by the proteins, which only happens in an injected person who is producing more spike proteins than they are antibodies (which seems to be a statistically significant amount of people). Potentially, if you are consuming massive amounts of bodily fluids from such an injected person, or receive a blood transfusion from them, you can suffer the same side effects, but unless you have received the injection, your body has no way of producing more of the proteins than you receive through transmission of bodily fluids (which, seems to be the only method of transmission for the so-called “shedding” of spike proteins).
