I've also made it a point, in the recent past, to start at least one prayer a day the way you do - telling God directly how much I love Him. Every father, heavenly or not, would never turn down Thanks from his Children, I think. I am grateful I can do such a small thing to make His "day" brighter. It's an honor! ?

Like I said, I've enjoyed having a "Hey God, I love You, Just wanted you to know!" prayer up my sleeve. ? Sometimes, when I'm praying, I have to remember I don't always have to pray for the entire world in one go. This sure helps. Glad I could help you as well - you know very well how being a beacon when you one can is high on God's priorities. And likewise, I appreciate you telling me! I'm sometimes self-conscious I give too much praise (not here mind you).

Need prayer to focus less on earthly things. I know Christ is real, I know demons are real (seen them face to face), I just feel stuck in a rut spiritually. Having a hard time picking up the Bible. Thank you for offering this!

Help them to find strength to put aside all earthly things and to see that all they could ever need is you. Help them to understand that the rut they are in is only temporary and that you have beautiful plans for them. Thank you! I do pray a few times a day but I should be praying constantly. What I'm doing is not enough. Having seen demonic entities and interacted with them, I never want to end up in that presence again. Tomorrow isn't guaranteed, any of us could die at any moment and I don't want the regret of "I'll just do it tomorrow" - when tomorrow may not come.

Yes try to do it as much as possible. Pray with out ceasing is the goal. But we as humans have alot going against us. So dont get down on yourself. Just work on it the best you can. Biggest thing you need to do is shift your focus off of yourself. We are broken, our flesh has nothing to boast of. Shift that focus onto Jesus! He prays for you perfectly to the Father. He is the High Priest of your confession, meaning He filters your prayers to the Father! Jesus lived a perfect life and satisfied every divine requirement on your behalf. Our part now is to receive and be thankful! Paul went through a time of being self focused "14For we know that the Law is spiritual, but I am of flesh, sold into bondage to sin. 15For what I am doing, I do not understand; for I am not practicing what I [would] like to [do], but I am doing the very thing I hate. 16But if I do the very thing I do not want [to do], I agree with the Law, [confessing] that the Law is good. 17So now, no longer am I the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. 18For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good [is] not. 19For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. 20But if I am doing the very thing I do not want, I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me.
21I find then the principle that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good. 22For I joyfully concur with the law of God in the inner man, 23but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members. 24Wretched man that I am! I believe the answer is found right after this in Romans 8: "1 Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. 2For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death. 3For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God [did]: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and [as an offering] for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, 4so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. 5For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 6For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the Spirit is life and peace, 7because the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God; for it does not subject itself to the law of God, for it is not even able [to do so], 8and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Look at the Our Father, it's in the Bible. Read it line by line, this helped me as it encompasses the whole of the gospels in one prayer, it's that profound.

You can search about anything that you can think of, and see what the Bible says about it. I usually pick the ones I see that apply to me and read the passage.
Apart from that I would recommend asking others to pray for you, it might be silly, but it's an important act.

I've been blessed with a great life, despite the dark roads I've been down in the past. It's amazing I didn't go insane with I was playing around with the occult, having things go bump in the night afterwards. I got a great job, am physically fit, but I'm in the liberal hellhole that is Canada. I'm basically alone here, and I have no friends that value freedom above all else. After a terrible relationship 2 years ago I've been single, I don't even know where to start trying to find a girl that's not insane and values the same things I do. This basically led to isolation and social anxiety. I literally don't know where to start, and being me against the world here is really wearing me down. I work out a lot in my home gym and that's my main hobby at the time to stay sane, along with motorcycling for the 3 months of summer we get. I was born and raised in eastern Europe and I don't have the same limp dick attitude Canadians do. I was planning to travel back since I haven't seen my country in 20 years, and Covid happened. No way I'm getting tested or quarantined, so I gave up on that dream. Any advice? Sorry for the rant, had to get it off my chest.

The Bible is written for our success! Ignore the devil trying to keep you from it, pick it up, ask God to show you what He has for you and start reading where you feel lead to. I do this and find awesome revelations and gets me right out of a rut. Sometimes it takes a while and you gotta be patient, but endure and it will be worth it!

Slechta my friend thank you for your consistency in posting these and for always reminding us to pray. God is in control! Please pray for me as we are trying to conceive and having a lot of difficulties. I am starting to get very discouraged and sad which is totally opposite from my normal attitude. I have a total trust in God and his timing, but the waiting period is hard and I need more peace through the process.
Heavenly Father lift up our friend and let them feel your love and light. Stregthen them so they may continue to put there full faith in you. Help them to not get discouraged or sad as they struggle with trying to have a baby. They know all things happen in your divine timing s fill them with patience while they wait to see what you have planned. If its your will Father please let them Have a beautful healthy baby soon. Lord I’m just adding to this beautiful loving prayer above as well as taking in and praying for those who need prayer in the comments! I will add Mathew 24:24 as your Word states these great deceptions at hand that even the very elect will be fooled. Oh Lord God in these times we’re in, are quite perplexing and complex but WE ARE NOT DEFEATED but in fact strengthened in YOU as I am humbled in my weaknesses and flaws (oh do I have many) but I am completely strengthened because WE HAVE A MIGHTY GOD who gladly take our burdens and our weaknesses (this requires action on our part) and YOU LORD use us for your wonderful purpose. You take delight in your children YOUR LOVE calms all our FEARS I proclaim this prayer openly and claim this with such conviction in my gut, your WORDS have power, thank you in advance Father! Please Continue to give us eyes to see and ears to hear what your Spirit is saying to me and each individual on GAW, keep us alert, awake, watchful, please father give each person the discernment that we SO need, steadfast, renewed energy, mentally and emotionally as this battle is a target of the minds. Oh Lord help me to think before I speak as emotions are on high as we know the lies and evil at hand but our loved ones/family/friends/coworkers many have been fooled, although we misstep with all the information coming out but for the most part we see the lies/evil. So Father what I’m asking is to help me and any who are finding this struggle with being passionate for the truth, that I need to remain calm, and to think clearly, logically as well not to waver on speaking truth which I don’t have any problems doing but help us Lord to not get so angry that our messaged is lost and with regret in how we handled ourselves and if we do, to make sure our side of the street is clean! Lord help us to relax and prepare us in this next transition and put complete trust in You Father you will never leave us nor forsake us. @TheTrumpian2020: God put this on my Spirit. He sees you and loves you more than you can possibly imagine, begin to love who you are in God and what He says about you without guilt of past mistakes, regret, no more beating yourself up. Repent of those things, stay in today if you mess up it’s okay acknowledge it ask God to take it again continue to move forward don’t look back. I struggled with addiction too, one thing that kept me relapsing is guilt and beating myself up so bad, that I would get the F’ts. God says love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul, and to love thy neighbor as yourself. That means start loving who you are in Christ even if you mess up again. Rebuke every bad thought literally confess out loud TAKE IT LORD, throw it up. Claim who you are, I am delivered my addiction will be you Lord best addiction ever. My relationship will be restored with my family. And if it doesn’t happen right away. He will bring you a knew family (hence GAW) By the way you are delivered proclaim it. Negative emotions, negative thinking will become less and less. Pain was my motivator unfortunately but I’m so thankful. I’m not a fence sitter. God will use your addiction for His glory! He will restore your life. I’m so sorry I’m very long winded but it’s with complete love AMEN ?
