Yoga means 'union' with God. That body, mind and spirit are aligned ('joined' - yuj) with the Creator. A tradition much older than any New Age concoction which does not deserve to be dismissed as foppery. If anything, pay even more attention to how Deep State uses New Age to destroy all traditions that teach you to think for yourself. Can't have people believing they are in a personal relationship with God. ?
