This is true. Intermittent fasting 16/8 raises your HGH..even in your 60sand 70s

Agreed. I'm finding I need less sleep with IF as well. When you think about it, constantly breaking down food is taxing your body more and thus likely to need more rest due to it. But regardless of the reason, it's certainly been noticable.
