You are smart to do this. And I know it is of great benefit for all types of energy, strength, and as a bonus-- the lifting of low key chronic depression in guys!
Have you seen the series "vegans the epitome of malnourishment" ?...
This guy is a complete 180 from that, you can see his face and voice changes dramatically after he started getting more testosterone...
This is why I keep putting it off. I just don’t want to take T for the rest of my life. So far, eating right and working out seems to work just fine for me.
That's false. Your body will go back to creating the amount it will provide you based on your age and physical activity level and food intake. I know this because I did T-replacement and really didn't need it. Tested after being off it for a year and I was pretty high for my age (900 at the age of 45).
Stay active and be smart about your food intake. Intermittent Fasting and/or eating once a day will improve it as well, as well as produce more HGH.
Agreed. I'm finding I need less sleep with IF as well. When you think about it, constantly breaking down food is taxing your body more and thus likely to need more rest due to it. But regardless of the reason, it's certainly been noticable.

You are what you eat.
You're also fucked the moment you stop doing it cause the body gets even worse at producing test

Some people say that if you go on TRT that you have to stay on it for life, because your natural test will stop producing and won't come back.
What are your thoughts on this?

This is true. Intermittent fasting 16/8 raises your HGH..even in your 60sand 70s
You have more energy as well.
