Given that apparently many top companies are using software from a company called “Managed by Q” my best guess for the meaning of this is that it shows that we really have it all. The good guys managed to convince them to use software made by white hats for their cabal operations and so this message being sent out is showing corporate America that the white hats have them utterly by the balls.
That site either was fake or a template for sale, looks so odd, and this starts to remembers me of the blacklist or John Wick, where they call a cleaner after ' the job is done ' uhmhmmhmhh
