It's significant that Dong defected to the DIA and not the CIA.
For the sake of argument, let's say all of this is true.
And let's say that Dong can prove that the Democrats accepted help from the CCP in the form of military operations ON US SOIL and then in the form of stealing the election.
That means Trump comes back before 2024.
I think it's far more likely than not.

The ramifications can't be calculated.
Only Trump would have the balls to orchestrate it.
If this defection happened, it takes out ALL of Trump's enemies, foreign and domestic.
