All that a PCR test does is to amplify a sample. You could have a single dead COVID virus in your body that is causing no harm, but if you picked that up in a sample and spun it around enough times, you'd get a positive result.
The PCR test was most useful for archeologists who were trying to get DNA from minute samples. If the fragments of DNA were too few in the original sample, you could spin whatever bits of DNA you had around in the PCR machine and this would somehow amplify the sample so that you had enough DNA to do further research on it, (as I understand it).
The creator of the PCR has stated that the human body is like a microcosm of the world. He said you could find virtually anything you were looking for with a PCR test.
I've been repeating it to almost everyone daily for over a year. They're still absolutely clueless too.

I expect they are counting both, but selling loads more in a dual finance scam. We've sent out 670 million test kits in the UK and only used about 14 million of them- nobody seems to know where the rest are. But the big boys got their bucks.
Not forgetting that they were using anywhere in the region of 45CT's in the PCR test, and within 1 hour of China Joe getting sworn at, the WHO put out a press statement telling the world to drop the testing CT's to 28 and below!
