I scanned through the comments, some think it refers to Craft International - Chris Kyle's (American Sniper) Private Military Company so could be gray hats working for whoever pays them.
Not sure if Craft is still in business but like Black Water changing their name to XE when press went south, they could be operating under a new name.
I found the comment where they were guessing what it meant. They also referred it to assets being brought to the spa. Its not that. If the symbol is to bring PAIN, jetting to the spa is not bringing that PAIN that I want brought. Monkey called it an operation. That means something much bigger is going down, or about to.
I wondered as well! Also, what is the significance of that image used here on the updoot?
Does it represent a person or agency in Monkey's video today?
I love watching his updates, but some days it leaves me feeling really dumb. ?
The only thing that comes to mind for the Punisher logo is Seal Team 3 deployment to Ramadi in 06-07. That was Jockos group. They had an extremely deadly deployment and racked up over 200 kills for the team. This was when Chris Kyle got 8 in one afternoon.
They adopted the Punisher logo during the deployment and sprayed it on their body armor and vehicles. That logo is like a symbol of that deployment.
I did also see it on the back of that helicopter when Pence gave a speech.
I think what monkey worx is saying is that he found Seals getting busy somewhere in the continental US. He doesn’t want to possibly contribute to a compromise of their mission, so he is keeping it very vague. For their safety as much as his.
Gray hats because we don’t know for sure who they are working for.
The Last Punisher is an excellent book about this deployment written by Dauber. Really gives you insight into how these platoons actually move and operate on a daily basis. I was in Iraq and still found it fascinating.
Derived from a Marvel comic.

Frank Castle lost his family to the Mob because they witnessed a hit.
As a highly skilled special ops trained vigilante with an extreme tolerance for pain, he unleashes hell on his advasaries.
PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So say it refers to Craft or a Private Military Company, what was Monkey trying to tells us that they are doing?

That's how I understood it also.
Also, I understand the concept of "Grey Hats", but can anyone suggest any real life examples?
Soldiers for hire types that work for whoever can pay. Black water/XE etc.
The only recent time I remember seeing the Punisher image was when Pence was at Fort Drum 10th Mt. Div.
Lots of military uses this logo on their vehicles, etc. And it predates Q
