Based on what criteria and information was it determined to at this point NO REASON exists to belief data has been shared? How do they know? Where did they look?
How did they determine it was only one individual?
How did it happen and what is been put into place to prevent the same? What other vulnerability measures are left unanswered?
I keep thinking they were trying to determine who did not vote on election night so they could change their status and inject the ballots they had stashed.
