She signed a legally binding arbitration agreement that any divorce will be held through traditional Islamic systems.
The judge upheld it since its a legal document. Not much he could have done here.

The alleged woman can refuse to accept the arbitration and insist on the court hearing her case.
But, she signed that prenup, and those are binding unless she can prove it was fraudulent. She may well find that later, in the real court, her divorce is structured around those terms because she seems to admit she signed it. A good lawyer could beat that but there are no, or damn few, good lawyers.
The Blaze is damn near fake news, they do not present matters honestly. Nearly all divorces go to arbitration before trial, or it is suggested to nearly all, because most are settled out of court. Don't let them fool you, they are no more interested in presenting Truth than is the rest of the media.
Fook sharia, but a contract is valid until she can prove it was fraud. Her lawyers seem to be whining instead of resolving her issues, time to shop for better lawyers.

Exactly. The upside however, is that Sharia law is the death blow to feminism, and its ability to destroy the lives of men (and society along with them).
Justice is on its deathbed in America. Laws enforced for us, but not for the rich and powerful (e.g., Hunter Biden). Now this atrocity. I've given up hope that the law will protect us, that we're now on our own.
