Discussing with my hubby yesterday about how frustratingly slow this has all been since November 3, but I reminded him of this yesterday.
We've come a long way.
Kinda like loosing 1 lb a week…so slow..but after 8 months…what a difference when you look back.
We are a political change diet. LOL

After foolishly and stupidly succumbing to panic spring last year, stress eating, and packing on weight.
Stupid, stupid, stupid !
Fixing it with strict nutritarian recommendations by Dr. Fuhrman; exercise; sufficient sleep.
Whole process is sort of like tearing a sheet off a paper towel roll every day. The roll does not look like it's changing, but it does over time.
