The nutters are in agreement that they are flooding DUMBs everywhere. The clean-up and rescue operations are done and they are flooding them with water once and for all.
CERN in particular is getting the biggest treatment. It likely connected all the other DUMBs together as the command hub.
If CERN isn't already cleared out, they are flooding all the other DUMBs and sending down drones with depth charges to blow open the bulkhead doors -- little by little, edging in on drowning the vile creatures taking refuge in their den of inequity.

The flooding in Germany was nowhere near Frankfurt. It was mostly in the Eiffel region and around Cologne. Parts of Belgium were also affected.

i was reading reports it is in lots of areas of Germany south parts and western a map I saw seemed to be near Frankfurt. So not sure.
There were reports of some flooding in Bavaria but nowhere near as devastating. As far as I'm aware, the general area around Frankfurt wasn't really affected.
All the same, trying to tie DS coverups to what many see as a natural disaster will just feed those trying to ridicule us.
