Nah. The pledge of allegiance is creepy state endorsed propaganda programming of children. It's basically that Borat skit, "My country is the greatest, all the others are sissy little girls."
I love my country and will fight for it. But y'all should be more suspicious especially with the corruption that has been outed lately. Schools have been particularly corrupt for a century, especially when it comes to textbooks.
A recent rerun of the TV classic sitcom, HAZEL on FETV was about The Pledge! Hazel taught little Harold The Pledge of Allegiance when he was only 4 years old and now a bit older he was chosen to lead The Pledge at his school Assembly. This entire episode was based on this!
This episode and many others on "Hazel", " Father Knows Best" and others remind me of when TV was good, decent and uplifting.
Even if you had no family or a dysfunctional family you could be taught through these shows. No wonder our generation loves God & Country.
