Which in itself is an admission in a roundabout way. They never said they weren't the government so they just mean let them bait you into venting things about important people in anger and frustration that you wouldn't act on so they can organize a raid on your house to pat themselves on the back for pretending to do a job (not so) well done, again. Instead of trying to stop real terrorist plots because they suck at it so have to pretend to be useful to justify their stay when they're just a hit squad of the politicians that pay them.
