One year, about 10-12 years ago, I decided to get it because I bought into the fear porn that it was going to be "the worst flu season evahhh" - had the worst flu of my life that year almost immediately after the shot before the season started, and before people around me were getting the flu. And for a few years beyond that I was getting sick during flu season, when that wasn't the case before.
It took a few years after that shot for my body to normalize once again and I finally stopped getting sick each flu season.

Sure, if you're doing bloodwork on someone pre-jab you have data. You then compare that data to bloodwork done on the same person post-jab
