Something isn't right! I only got the first two alerts as flash flood warning pop ups. All the rest are sound only. Volume down, so I can listen to anything else. Help me?

My smoke alarm does the same thing.
Sorry. But if it's really awful, I'd wrap it in a towel and take it to the Verizon store. A staffer can probably help you for free, and some of them are nice people even if the employer is cabal. Good luck.
me as well. Haven't allowed to update since around the same time China announced this bullshit. I knew then My OS system, google, FB, Insta, chrome, messenger, contacts ; none of them have been updated in a year and a half. I've also never allowed ANY location access to any app on my phone. App wants location? Don't need that app.
Go to your setting and turn off the notices. Or go to the store. That’s crap they charge $7.
Tried the notices thing...
Restart the phone? I have no idea, just a suggestion.
Yes I did
I say grab your ass and hold on tight, something big is coming.
If so I'll never know, as no pop ups with info even show up now, just noise!
Take the battery out.
Thank you for responding, frens
Hammertime.
I’m kidding. :p
Not trying funny but have you rebooted? That's what I do when an android phone acts weird. Power down and count to ten then power back on. No ideas for iOS as my kid takes care of my iPhone. Hope you find a fix.
Yes but doing it again
Best advice is to drop Verizon. They are overpriced and unhelpful. It's a whole lot cheaper to buy a phone on Amazon or at Dollar General and get an unlimited plan from Net 10 for less than $35 per month.
A friend just told me that their battery wasn't charging well, and Verizon told them they couldn't get a new battery and would have to buy a new phone. They came to me, and I got them a new battery from Amazon.
I wouldn't advise anyone to use Verizon. You can get good service and unlimited text and data from Net 10.
How do I do that?
