My daughter is in her early 30’s and a nurse. Was diagnosed with Covid about 12 days ago. Had complete loss of taste and smell along with flu like symptoms. All symptoms except the loss of taste and smell have subsided over the last 2 days. This evening all of a sudden this severe head pressure came on. She described it as if she had very high blood pressure, but her blood pressure was normal. It lasted for about 15 minutes and went away and now her taste and smell are returning, her nose is running like a faucet, but she feels fine. She said the whole illness was like nothing she had ever experienced before. Felt like something chemically induced. Also she has not taken the jab. Anyone else have a similar experience?

My thoughts exactly!
Sounds like she was super congested. I got the flu one time and I lost smell, taste, and some hearing because the congestion was so bad. It felt like water in the ear.
Loss of taste = Zinc deficiency. Plain and simple, have her take Zinc immediately. NAC would be nice too but you'll have to order it online.
I had very severe headaches, among other things, when I had Covid.
Well they tested her with a useless test. It doesn’t differentiate between flu or Covid, whatever Covid is; nor does it recognize human vs. say a piece of fruit.
I second she was congested.
Felt like something chemically induced. Now that's interesting. Did she ever have a PCR test at any time during this whole thing?
Yes. Several over the past year due to being a nurse working in a hospital
Hmm.. You know that some have theorized that the PCR tests themselves were vaccinations, depositing stuff in your nose. I have no idea. I hope that's not true, but it makes one wonder.
haven't had a sense of smell for almost 2 months now, but i can taste food which is weird to me. never got tested to see if i had covid. no need to... I was sick, fatigued, etc. I don't trust any of this and they aren't sticking a needle in my arm or a swab up my nose or my ass. Treat the symptoms and you're all good.
My wife was sick too and her temp was running at 100-101. Mine was running at 96 consistently throughout the entire time. We figured it was covid because someone in her building tested positive for it. Felt like another bout of flu to me. Which coincidentally I haven't had the flu prior to that since 2005 and I never get the flu vaccine.
Several reports of Cant taste or smell, first I heard of head pressure that fixes it though, sounded like she has a sinus blockage that released all a sudden or maybe the it swelled up then calmed down? If she has further symptoms she should record them maybe?
Think most who do have trouble it is after a bit of normal symptoms days then suddenly their own immune system goes a bit nuts trying to take care of it and since it is usually in the lungs, that is where the problem is and that is why Drugs that block certain body reactions work to calm it the fuck down again so the body can finish its job without the chaos zapping and tissue damage and all. Once you had it though, your body should detect it right away and call in the right troops to zap it before it goes anywhere to cause any trouble.
I got sick around end of January, dont know if it was covid or the flu, felt like the flu, knocked me on my ass (tired) for a week w/nose fountain drainage, then had a lingering cough for about a week (didnt go get tested, just isolated myself for the 14 after symptoms started) I would say it was the flu but, they kept saying there were no flu cases :P so it must of been covid. heh heh heh.
Here is my recent experience:
-Felt crappy on Sunday.
-Felt a little worse, but not horrible on Monday. Symptoms mainly just tired and achy at night. Felt decent during the days.
-Checked my temp and highest was 99 although on night in the middle of the night I'm pretty sure it spiked, but I didn't get up to check it.
-By Tuesday, I started to improve. Wednesday felt even better, but decided to cancel a work trip for Thursday (yesterday).
-On Thursday, I felt pretty much back to normal, but I to buy some in-home test kits on a whim.
-Sure enough, I test positive yesterday. Wifey tested negative, but then felt worse in the milddle of the night.
-Wifey tested positive today. I feel 100%.
-I've been supplementing with Quercetin, Vit D, Vit C, Zinc and Berberine for the past two weeks because my kids had colds, ear infections, etc.
-Never lost my taste, not even a little. Had almost no respiratory issues.
-Long story short, mine was similar to any time I've had a below average case of the flu.
The test kit is called Binax Now and it’s made by Abbott Labs.
You can get them at Walmart, CVS, Rite Aid, etc etc
testing for the common cold.
What I had was the flu. Covid, at least in my case, is the flu.
Sounds like the kind my doctor got. She's fine now, I think.
