If blue states want to lock down, then those states will have to either deal with the tyranny or finally stand up and start rioting. Red states most likely won't take the bait, and plenty of them never shut down in the first place; i.e. - South Dakota.
I agree, I think the red states will be able to get through ok, and we'll really see the differences between the two ways of living; conservative vs. liberal.

And I'm in Ohio, where our legislature is actually quite awesome and very conservative, and they just recently took away our RINO governor's powers to lock us down or mandate masks, so this will be very telling for our state indeed. Last time I gave them toilet paper and anything else they said they needed (I'm a mini prepper so I have some extra stuff in case of natural disaster) . And how was I rewarded for my kindness? Theory: Since "Biden" isn't really president... and this is all a movie... could it be that the Covid "lockdowns" they will announce is meant to induce tens of Millions of Americans to protest in the streets? Let a few protests get out of control (or made to look that way) and that would be great justification for declaration of Martial Law in some areas.

Anyhow went out for lunch today and saw maybe a 1% increase in maskabators, so far most people in my part of NE Illinois seem to not be giving a damn anymore.
