No. Control is. With an FDA approved vaxx, we lose the EUA defense re: mandates. It will be interesting to see how many people get the jab to keep their jobs versus the issues mandating companies face when they discover the jabbed work force is far too little to keep things going.
The vaxx companies may also lose their defense. The legal definition from the CDC for 'vaccine' does not fit the gene therapy injection. The immunity aspect of the vaXXXine companies will be challenged. Even if the vaxx is FDA approved, it does not effect our right to not be vaXXXinated. Injured individuals who lose their jobs for refusing unlawful corporate mandates will challenge the science. In order for a mandate to be ordered, it has to be based on proven science. Therefore, an isolated Covid-19 evidence must exist. The problem is that it dos NOT exist. In June of 2020 on page 19 of a CDC report, they admit Covid-19 has not been isolated. Look at the recent case in Alberta, Canada to know how to end the SCAMdemic.
That's exactly why the rush - to eliminate the lack of approval reason for refusal.
However, lack of long term studies is still a very valid reason. As is, I don't fucking want it.
And if it's really as safe and effective as everyone keeps screeching on and on about, lift the liability waiver all patients need to sign. We're all in this together, right? We all need to make sacrifices for the greater good.
Excellent point here. If it's going to be FDA approved, you can't have a waiver. They won't lift the waiver because they'll all be out of business in a week.
I really wonder how they're going to try and play this exactly. Either way, you're infringing on rights. Nobody can force or make you do / partake in a medical procedure. A vax is a medical procedure.
Firing those that refuse, or refusing employment , or refused business entry based on medical status is 100% illegal.
I'm not 100% on American rights, but here in Canada, medical status is Charter protected. Nobody, under any circumstances has the right to know or obtain knowledge of your medical status / history.
I've heard MANY discussions on the radio talk shows lately with attorneys on the 'massive grey area' when it comes to this here in Canada. It's 100% discrimination.

Until then, they can 🖕off

This may sound hyperbolic, but I don't see how this is different from rape.
Forcible injection of something inside of your body that you don't consent to.
