Speaking of laws
There needs to be a law that says if you [EDIT: KNOWINGLY, DELIBERATELY, INTENTIONALLY] hide evidence or engage in a coverup, you are automatically adjudicated guilty of whatever the evidence would have proven
So then the person who wants to frame you just puts some evidence for their own crimes in the bottom of a bag of dog doo on your doorstep, and when you throw it out, you go to jail for their crimes. There's a reason why due process is a fundamental right. Let's not let our passion for justice in this case result in shortcuts to justice in other cases.
LOL
I meant intentionally, deliberately, and knowingly hide evidence or engage in a coverup. And you knew that.
You also know that someone else putting poop on my stoop to dupe me is a thousand miles from ME knowingly hiding any evidence. Yet you intentionally, deliberately, and knowingly twisted my logic into "lawjic" for your non sequitur example.
Thanks, Stereotype. :)
they broke enough laws as it is. We just need due process
"intentionally, deliberately, and knowingly..."
How do you prove this though? It seems too vague and easy to abuse.
Nice when both sides play by that rule
What luck, the DOJ just put out something on this saying failure to preserve election materials is a federal crime.... For audits.
Doesn't apply to the actual election itself.
