Information regarding the dam status is hard to come by. That in itself is a bad sign.
It's Fukishima and it's a fake video. Look carefully between 0:37 and 0:41. The water going on the road is clearly fake. Stop believing imagery, a LOT of it is completely fake and they have been doing this for more than 20 years, 9/11 included.
If it walks like bullshit or if it sounds like bullshit or if EVERYONE KNOWS IT'S BULLSHIT, then it's probably bullshit.
