See if you can find a telehealth place on the internet that can prescribe meds in your area. I thought my son had covid and found a place here in FL USA that did this without even a positive test. They prescribed ivermectin for me, my son and my daughter but we didn’t need it after my son tested negative for covid and strep. Get this, they did not test for flu. He had a 101+ fever for 3 days and I’m betting it was the flu 100%.
It definitely works though you’ll have it move from your throat to your nose to your lungs. He’ll cough up a frightful amount of crud. Nose will run like crazy. Be prepared. Lots of other good suggestions at the link.
find a store that sells things for livestock care and get a tube of paste horse wormer called ivermectin (no other kind) and dose him according to his body weight immediately. and again in 3 days. one package should be enough for dosing, how much does he weigh? Get past prejudice because it has been used as an anti-parasite med for 60 years. It can keep him out of the hospital. If he goes in the hosp you will have to smuggle it in to him. This is layman's advice, I am not a doctor. I am using the Ivermectin.

I'm not in the UK, but I figured I'd throw my two cents in. If he has Covid, the vaccine is not going to help at all. The vaccines don't do anything to prevent or heal Covid, but even if they did, they would have needed to be taken prior to coming into contact with it. If anything that will make things worse from the evidence published by doctors and medical studies thus far. Think about it. Vaccines are supposed to provide some kind of immunity, so that when you come into contact with it your body knows how to handle it. What most people are saying helps them:

This!!! Quercetin is an over the counter ionophore that can get zinc through the cell membrane where the zinc can stop viral reproduction. HCQ and Ivermectin are better, but Quercetin will do the job just fine!
