The OP somehow takes this to mean that there are no packet captures. We can see from just the first three words: there is data that was not presented. And that data COULD contain the packet captures.
OP also misquotes ECW directly after playing his clip, and claims JFK said there would be war with "ancient intensity and new scope" -- the correct quote is "new intensity and ancient origin".
OP is either way too sloppy or purposely misreporting things to fit a narrative.
If they caught someone trying to inject a "poison pill" into the data so that the DS can discredit them, I'm pretty sure they will want to check the data again before releasing it.

I noticed the same thing with his mispronunciation too. It irritated me as well but it was a small thing in an overall very good presentation.
The mispronunciation is just an indicator of a deeper issue. He doesn't understand what is being said.

I believe they have the p-caps and what I heard was that someone tried to sabotage the data, possibly Josh Merritt. They got caught.
