I think that’ll be a huge red pill when nobody can afford to friggin drive
The economy will come to a crawl when no one is willing to drive to work due to the gas prices outweighing their wages.
We're sitting at $1.39/L here in Ontario. Last time it hit $1.45/L people were calling into radio stations saying they had to take leave because they couldn't afford their commute. I'm expecting we hit at least $1.60/L because of all the taxes they've snuck in.
This will be a major shock to construction industry too when costs are already through the roof driving house prices to record highs.
Saw today > $5.00 a gallon in California near San Francisco.
I saw $5 in a beach town near San Diego. We're getting screwed but if people finally wake up it'll be worth it for me.
Shell at 4th and Bryant, well known locally as the most expensive gas station in SF. It was $5.85 last week. Should be $6 by now.
But no more mean tweets! And really, isn’t that what’s important?
It’s so nice to have a President that speaks respectfully and acts like a proper politician again.
And this is all Trump’s fault anyway. He took Obama’s amazing economy and ruined it. Thank goodness Biden is steering us back on track.
…
Nope. Can’t even type that with a straight face. I tried.
You really had me for a second, but I was like "This is satire... where is this going? LOL"
