The real packet captures likely came from a team led by Colonel Waldron. There was a clip last December of him testifying to the AZ Senate and he said they captured traffic and packet data. There are no conspiracies, but there are also no coincidences. Colonel Waldron was part of this symposium for a reason, he knows what the true data looks like.
Sorry, it’s an expression I picked up. It means pretty much the opposite of how it sounds. Of course people conspired to steal the election. And those people use the words conspiracy and conspiracy theory to dismiss anyone who states there was fraud. So the expression means something like, “okay, we won’t call it a conspiracy, but we’ll talk about all these “coincidences” instead.”
I watched that hearing all 10 hours live. I remember Waldron explaining how the Internet moves data, and how drastically that data spiked on election night, between certain points. "We have it all" is correct.

No conspiracies??? What do you think a stolen election is?
