Hospitals were created by religious orders. Hospitals should never be for profit, b/c how dare anyone profit for providing care to people who need medical care?
The Christian model is to provide care. Hospital derives from the word for hospitality, aka as the nuns and monks provided for centuries.
NOW taking care of the sick is a profit center? Are you kidding me? Well, now, FOR profits now make big big bucks, for services nuns and monks provided for centuries, for nothing more than their love of God and their fellow man.

Yep, this is no shit...local 500 bed hospital near me has 9 "covid beds".
...and, oh, what fun we can have with math! If just one person gets sent to the "covid" unit, then in just one day 11 % of the unit is suddenly filled with cases.

It's actually even more ridiculous than that - if we went from 0 to 1 person in that unit, they would report it as a 100% increase. Get two "cases" and suddenly that's a 200% increase!! Saying 11% capacity might actually tip them off to the scam. lol
When it's 11% they'll just say "ONLY 8 ICU BEDS AVAILABLE IN THE ENTIRE STATE" *not including any other areas with hospitals
I became aware of this scam a few years back when I looked up stats on dog rabbies because I refused to vax my dog. They said rabbies was up 75%, so I researched it was from like 4 to 7 cases nation wide. I realized its all fear tactics.
Limiting beds and claiming 106% in use like my hospital is claiming is fear based and lies. Hardly ever people question these grand statements!
A hospital near me doesn't have dedicated covid beds. They just put them in icu. They aren't worried about cross contamination between covid patients and other patients, it's weird.

From what I understand locally and in my state is the hospitals are full. Not with covid. But psych patients. It seems like most of the weak minded people are snapping

I've been pointing this out to people I know and my hate facts always hurt their feefees.
My local hospital had a 25% increase in one day. The day before, they had 4 out of 5 beds. One more is 25%! Numbers don't lie but percentages are easily manipulated.
