What's strange is I don't think that is a US Warship. I see the number, but whose aircraft carrier is that? I don't believe we use ramps on our decks. Is it British?

Edit: Looks like that's the Chinese Shandong Aircraft Carrier.

That is definitely a Chinese Aircraft Carrier, it's the Shandong CV-17 with a Shenyang J-15 Fighter on egress
