Back in the early 2000s, they used to use the term… Special point of contact. I was considered that for my boss where I was working. SPOC. I have never heard of the term SPOX. But if they’re using that for spokes person, it’s still doesn’t make sense. Nothing makes sense anymore. If it’s an acronym there should be four other words that go with those letters. But it’s not because we live in clown world
