If hundreds walk off the job, that's hundreds with no legal recourse. Never quit a job over a dispute, make them fire you. Making it their job to get rid of you also eats up their resources. Being fired instead of quitting also extends the process and makes it harder to find your replacement.
Like I mentioned, if there are enough teachers willing to participate in a walkout, it's highly doubtful the school would terminate all those teachers. Now, I could possibly be wrong, depending on the district, but it would send a direct message to the city and school board.

These mandates are happening in blue ruled areas, and most teachers are proud liberals.
Yet in my area only 33% vaccinated which is odd. What is real anymore, lol.
Life has become a permanent bad trip.
The message it would send is:
"We will go willingly."
