Do we have any representation anymore? Even in our schools? The duly elected North Allegheny School District school board listened to the parents and made the masks optional. Eleven people sued the school district to force a mask mandate, U.S. Judge Marilyn Horan (Obama nominee) agreed with them, and now everyone in the school district has to wear a mask.
Does anyone know where to find the court documents of this case?
Get bills passed that kids that are unhappy with the public school have the option to go to private or home school and the public schools have to pay the parents back their tax money. This has been done in other school districts.
They'd also have to pro-rate and pay back the tax money paid by people who don't have kids in the school system.
Public schools generally lack such performance incentives. They are instead typically funded by
communistdark money groups. It might be high time to cut off the dark money.I believe this would best be accomplished by requiring every school to advertise, say with a sign or billboard in front of the school, it’s top 10 funders and their corresponding funding amounts and/or percentages. This way, communities maintain the right to govern their schools however with much better understanding of who’s influencing their children during those children’s formative years.
