This appears to be part of the disclosure for participation in the EUA. I don't think this is part of the FDA announcement.
I read somewhere that the earlier exclusions may still apply. I don’t have the receipts on that right now.
Notice the part that says...if you have received medicine to prevent getting covid???? In other words....hydroxychloroquin.
Excuse the shit out of me but this is not talking about a cure or even a prevention, this is talking about a friggin STUDY for hells sake. AND people are simply the guinea pigs .. still.
The ONLY thing that has been proven is that someone is extremely eager to experiment with your life and the lives of your loved ones.
Someone or many someone's are fixing to get a very sudden and final education. No grades on a curve, it will be pass or fail with the price of failure being life itself. Ours or theirs.
Thing is, what I mean with this post... In a world full of motherfuckers and with a family to protect, sometimes, people has to find alternative ways so not to be caught in the crossfire... So, if we can present an exemption and continue with our lives I see that as a win. Trying to fight a giant head first would not give the outcome one expects.

Under exemptions Phase 1 " individuals currently working in occupations with high risk exposure Sars-Cov2" . It examples emergency response and healthcare workers but....isn't everyone who serves the public exempt therefore?

exclusion or exemption are those cases that are allowed to skip the vax and they list that huge list due to all the side effects so not to get sued... in any case someone gets a side effects they can point there and say "We told you so, you did it anyway", but we can use it in our benefit.
Exempt from what? FDA approval of something doesn’t mean it’s mandated…
Exemption applies to the trial, not arbitrary mandates.
