Saw Larry on Tucker last night. I want Newsom out and a true Conservative in, but I am having trouble getting on Bard Larry's train. His statement about Biden winning "Fair and square" is still ringing in my ears. Prove me wrong, please!!!

he has to say that to win over the libs who want to hear that.
I have a really hard time believing that an anti-abortion, anti-minimum wage, anti-LGBT, anti-climate change, anti-environmentalist, anti-union candidate is going to "win over" liberals in California.
If there's anybody who is going to be attracted to Larry Elder, it's going to be rank-and-file conservatives who don't buy the election fraud theory and are ready to move on from that argument.
No liberal is going to be convinced to vote for this guy merely because he is a conservative who doesn't seem to support Trump's fraud claims. That's not nearly good enough.
But that means he is a liar right out of the gate. I know politicians do that, but do we want one who tells such a big one?
this too!
Hard to know for sure. Could he be a classic RINO, and we vote him in to defeat the bad dem, when he is just as bad? Sure could be. But, I don't think his fair election comment means that. Since he is running for gov in dem country CA if he says he believes election is fraudulent they will use that to attack him in the media nonstop until the election. They could paint him as a conspiracy theorist and link him to the big bad Jan 6 riot.
I think he has to say this. It doesn't help him to answer it the other way.
I can't say 100% he is on our side, but he is the best chance to get rid of Newsome. And if he is on our side and wins, he could open Pandora's box and show all the corruption in CA.
I hope we are not getting duped again, but it doesn't hurt to get him in office even if a RINO, we will simply disown him after the election.
Feels like just another example of a candidate we decide is "better than a lib" who ends up being...a lib. I remember going through this with Arnold. Gee, how did that work out?
But sure, we have no choice...which is why I'm not looking for anything to improve in CA. Even if Elder wins, and even if he governs as a conservative - the assembly is totally leftist. He will be a lame duck and then he will be destroyed by the leftists and the media. Maybe electing him sends a message...but somehow, I'm not confident.*
*All this assumes there's a fair vote, which I can't believe is possible.
He just playing the game and the game is to win votes. He can’t go full QANON or else the media will eviscerate him.
Optics... they're already labelling him as a white supremacist out here, amongst playing all of their "trying to take out the knees" types of gains.. If LE went the "pro-election fraud" route, the left would have a field day with him and pull out all of the stops of the delegitimization propaganda, which we will see here soon enough.
Probably - I wish he had said it not quite so affirmatively.
I heard him speak at my church. He said of course there were shenanigans, drop boxes, covid excuse, ballot harvesting, that the dems make their cheating legal-hence the "legal" win. Of course he knows they cheated.
He is preventing them from using OMGDOMESTICTERRORISMELECTIONFRAUDCONSPIRACYTHEORIST label on him.
That label would become 100% of the news coverage about him, and his other campaign messages would not be heard.
Aside from that, its difficult to "win" an election while at the same time saying elections are rigged.
He's playing the game. He has to.
larry elder did not say that...the MSM edited his remarks. i swear i saw him claim that he DID NOT say that but i can’t tell you where or who’s show...maybe newsmax...one more time...larry elder did not say that biden won fair and square!
He's campaigning.
To me it's the same old thing- say this or everyone's going to know about x. Which one's worse? Say something dumb or admit to something dumb. As no one's perfect, he had to make a decision.

His twitter seems like he is fighting against mask and vaccine mandates.
He also referenced a couple of news articles of recent possible voter fraud happenings; Shady mail in ballot envelopes where you can see is the vote is (yes or no) for the recall, video of the two women which appears like they are stealing ballots from an apartment complex, and the story of the crack head that was just caught with a bunch of ballots in his car.
true
I think whenever, someone runs, we must look way back at their early history. Perhaps back to highschool. What were they like?
What causes did they champion? What were their accomplishments? Have they ever been put to the test to stand up for morality while risking their own status? Are there signs of morality, family, justice and common sense?
I see that Larry Elder has had many good statements, but most are from 2020 or 2021. He has also written a based book in the past. I really don't know much about him.
But is he really the BEST pick from the lot for California? Have people looked at anyone else?
I don't know how anyone can still trust him after that statement. But I guess anything is better than that POS newsom.
i saw that too, the other day where Larry said the same thing... it made me cringe and vomit just a but to re-taste breakfast.... is Larry saying that because he believes it... or is he saying that to keep the media off his butt for believing the fraud happened?? maybe is Larry playing that card for now, so that when the evidence is presented then he can vocally jump on the fraud bandwagon. the msm is trashing Larry as it is... my guess is that Larry is downplaying it until he's elected and then it's balls-out!
hope you are right
Maybe he’s playing the Dems game. Tell them what they want to hear until you get in. Then, do what is right. I think Larry is a straight shooter.
i want you to be right. - my gut tells me he is legit
I got a suggested video (not an ad) of an interview with Larry Elder by NBC News on YouTube.
Anyone YouTube and NBC are promoting is 100% cabal.
