As far as I can tell Comirnaty is not available in the USA . At least not the branded version. Yes the vaccine that Pfizer has been using is the same vaccine but it is not the same legally. The unbranded vaccine is still under emergency use. Pfizer cannot be sued if something goes wrong. With the branded version Pfizer can be sued if they did not follow the proper protocols in order to get approval.
Two questions to consider.
- Is Comirnaty (branded)available right now In the USA?
2)If it is available why are the other emergency use vaccines still on the market including the unbranded Pfizer vaccine?
Emergency use is only used when there is no other option. Now legally there is an option.

Since the vaccine is now approved, Pfizer has 14 days to divulge what is in the vaccine. Pfizer has "immunity", but not if they knowingly lied, etc.
Yes, some of us have discussed this. I don't believe they plan to manufacture the branded version. Smoke and mirrors to say approved without taking liability.

Proof Comirnaty (FDA Approved) is not the same as BNT162b2 (‘Pfizer vaccine in the field, remains EUA). Page 14. “ COMIRNATY and BNT162b2 (V8) have identical amino acid sequences of the encoded antigens but COMIRNATY includes the presence of optimized codons to improve antigen expression.”. We have been deceived. MSM lied again. Comirnaty is not available here in the US. The Pfizer vaccine here is still EUA and cannot be mandated by law.
