Why is thieving by trespassing on property you refuse to pay rent for considered 'just'? Does that mean all the jan 6th trespass charges are also 'vile unjust right-wing extremism', and given that this matches the definition of the largest terror threats that the FBI has issued, does that mean nancy pelosi and the capital police are the most dangerous terrorists?

I paid 3 of my renters 1000 each to leave. They were collectively behind 8600 in rent. They had also done around 15000 in damage to those 3 properties. I have 21 rentals where nearly half 1000 or more behind. This eviction moratorium has personally cost me $33,000 in a year where I generally make about 75k after everything is taken in consideration. I'm not in any financial trouble or anything, but that isn't the point. The point is it is theft, and it is theft approved of by my government who I pay handsomely every year.
Good on the Supreme Court. Support the Mom and Pop rental owners. they deserve to pay the mortgage from rents paid to them. the only people losing out from a rent moratorium are the little fish.

The owner of the property is supposed to pay the mortgages, property taxes, upkeep and whatever other expenses and not collect rent for over a year? Is the government at least waiving the property taxes for these rentals during this time?

I've been paying a hundred dollars a day for hotel rooms since the start of the virus hoax.somewhere between 50 and 60 grand spent on a fuckin hotel cuz I can't find a place to rent while non working handout collecting worthless fucks sit in their homes not paying rent while eating lobster bought with food stamps.

the SC said if you want to continue the moratorium, WRITE A LAW. go to the Legislature as our Constitution prescribes. that way, the landlords are ALSO represented. should Congress want to write a law that takes away private property they will have to include just compensation as part of the bill.
