While these countries may have been forced or duped into making agreements with the drug manufactures, these are sovereign nations and do have legal recourse. That recourse includes prosecution for fraud, intimidation or misrepresentation. I would like to see pharmaceutical company executives put on trial in multiple countries, including the United States.
So would I. But, these cases are so wide in their scope with the people and nations involved, only international tribunals are going to work. These international purchase agreements deliberately handcuff these countries by design. Many, due to their own process of internal corruption, find it nearly impossible to act. If the US can't seem to hold these scumbags responsible, how can they?

Well, let's have international tribunals then. How about Nuremburg 2?
