I posted that meme on Facebook a few weeks back and it got fact checked. Apparently there is no evidence Dostoevsky said it. Strange thing is many quotes are attributed to people who might not have said them but they don't get fact checked. My conclusion is that fascist book didn't like the quote much.
Ahh the media fact-checkers I normally just ignore them. However I also noticed whatever they say just assume the opposite is true.
