ANYTHING ELSE in the paste is going to be safe for humans. Horses are actually, much, much, much more vulnerable to toxins than humans are. For example alochol and avacados will kill them even in small amounts.
Actually believe it or not humans are THE most generally poison-resistant animal on the planet. Anything that exceeds humans specifically evolved its immunity to a specific poison, and will still die to some other poison humans casually shrug off like its nothing. Its why half the food you eat can kill your dog for example.
For example, onion, grapes, avocados, green peppers, and chocolate are all known killers of other mammals, and yet look at how much we enjoy them, even call them healthy.
Thus any other ingredients in the paste are going to be human-safe.
obviously once you account for dosages...

I wish humans could make vitamin C though, we forgot how to do that.
We can grow oranges, limes, peppers, etc .... same thing :)
Let your medicine be your food, and your food be your medicine ... a very wise old dude said once.
what ever do you mean?
Its easy, eat actual citrus. Vitamins in food naturally occurring >>>>>> any supplement.
Most animals make vitamin C in their own bodies, AFAIK
That's vitamin D and maybe some vitamin A
