Well, sleepy admitted the kids wearing MAGA gear in an interview afterward. So think what you want. https://youtu.be/zPfVWJVGeO8
"If Robert E Lee was in Afghanistan, he would have won!"
Praising a slaver and treasonous rebel leader absolutely hated by leftists (should be condemned by all, though)? Oscar winning performance continues by the 🥔
General Lee was actually anti-slavery and made a big statement on how he supported the Emancipation Proclamation. Look it up and arm yourself with information. Also, one of the very first slave owners in North America was a black man named Anthony Johnson. C'mon, man! We need well-informed Pepe frens for this battlefield.
Sorry fren, but that Lost Cause propaganda is a tool of the left. Patriots who stupidly buy into it just give leftists massive boners when they watch us support racist, treasonous Calhounian 💩
Lee and Davis should have been hung from the highest tree. And yes, I know well my information... I've multiple degrees in history and government, with expertise in 18th and 19th Century American History. Taught classes at the college level. These days, happy to provide education free of charge 😉
OK, I'm ready to learn and have an open mind. So just pulling a few quotes from a quick search:
"So far from engaging in a war to perpetuate slavery, I am rejoiced that Slavery is abolished. I believe it will be greatly for the interest of the South. So fully am I satisfied of this that I would have cheerfully lost all that I have lost by the war, and have suffered all that I have suffered to have this object attained."
"So far from engaging in a war to perpetuate slavery, I am rejoiced that slavery is abolished."
...and so on. Are these fake quotes? How would it benefit the Left to claim that their villain was actually anti-slavery? It wouldn't fit into their narrative. Then again, I've heard that Lincoln wasn't as anti-racism as he was anti-slavery. I don't think anyone was a saint back then. Especially Grant.
