They can still be prosecuted even if they walk. I recommend it.
So, reading the DETAILS in the ARTICLE, it's all about inappropriate-for-minors "writing prompts" in a book used from a college-credit course. Like 'write a sex scene you wouldn't show your mom' or 'try a beer and write about it.'
