an exemption for religious purpose is nothing but a cop out. Basically you are pretending to be with the evil ones. The entire point of this is you have to say NO NO NO not hide. It is this kind of thinking that caused all this to start with. To win you do not comply. If you want to lose go ahead hide behind an exemption. Remember when the SHTF you asked for it.
I agree with what you say, but people have kids, families, and others to take care of.
Some people are the sole provider for themselves or their families. If/when the 100 employees mandate get enforced I will not be getting tested weekly or getting the clot shot.
Then again, people need to be able provide and some cannot just say No to it. A religious exemption is fine if thats the case and you need to be able to provide. If thats not the case then okay go and say No like I will be doing.
If I was single without kids I would say fuck off. Fire me. I cant. I will not receive either of them. But if I can get out of it because of my Christian faith, then I will. We have that protection for a reason.
It's not that easy. I'm halfway through the semester in law school. It's not like I can just quit like a job (though that isn't easy too if you have a family). I've dumped 10's of thousands of dollars into this and there is no way to transfer mid semester without massive monetary and academic repurcussions. Can't just say "no". I need an exemption
As far as I'm concerned, just stating it is in conflict with your religious beliefs should be enough thanks to the first amendment. We shouldn't have to explain our belief. However, we know in reality we are no longer protected by the first amendment. So I'll give you one angle you may or may not want to use:
The bible tells us over and over "do not be deceived". How many times did Jesus say to not be deceived? Enough times that it should be a warning we take seriously in all our decision making. We know the tests, according to the man who invented them, can be used to get any result you want, which makes them the perfect tool for deception. We know that people who have tested fruit came back positive. We know people who scheduled a test but cancelled before showing up still somehow got letters saying they were positive even though they never got tested. We know the tests being used are set to a higher cycle than reccommended which we know will create a large number of false positives. We know that being labeled positive even when you are not can cost you your time at work as you'll be forced to quarantine. When you see all the evidence of deception around you, how can you in good conscience be ok with that? You can't. It will weigh on your mind, your heart and your soul because you know there is deception with these tests, therefore, since Jesus instructed you to NOT let yourself be deceived, I see it as perfectly reasonable within your religious beliefs to not want to submit yourself to these faulty tests which are known to create false positives which can in turn harm you by forcing you into quarantine when you are not sick.
You may be better off proving the tests have been recalled and only authorized under EUA from what I understand. I’m not a lawyer, but it’s all on the FDA website.
You can request a Religious Exemption letter from Minister Clayton Warichak. This is what I was sent went I requested mine.
Dear Brother or Sister in Christ:
Thank you for reaching out! Please find below links to documents needed. The first is my signed and notarized affidavit. In addition, there are two affidavits: one for an Individual and one for Families. These affidavits must be signed by you in front of a notary. Notaries can be found in most banks, or you can find one by entering your location on: https://www.notaryrotary.com/agent/find_a_notary.asp The original notarized document should be kept in a safe place.
You will need to attach my affidavit to a copy of the affidavit you signed when being turned in to the institution requiring the paperwork. On forms that ask the question for you to explain your beliefs, the answer is “See Attached Affidavits.”
If they are making you take tests if you refuse the vaccines, point out to them that the very act of differentiating between vaccinated and the unvaccinated by way of treating each group different, publicly exposes your private health info (namely, vaccination status) and opens you up to discrimination and harassment from fellow coworkers. It is illegal to publicly disclose personal health info
In Canada we have bill s-201 called the genetic non discrimination act. It is illegal to subject someone to genetic tests as a condition of any sort of contract or agreement. That includes employment obviously. Maybe the US has a similar law?
“Body is a temple of the Holy Spirit” then show the studies about the cotton swabs being carcinogens. Say you will do spit test only.

Very nice.
Do you know what the carcinogenic poison is on the tests?
Ethylene oxide. EO. It's a well known carcinogen. It's used to sterilize the test.
EO is listed as being used to sterilize the swab and it's highly toxic.
What was EO again?

Stand IN your rights!
Instead of wiggeling your way out by an excemption. This indeed does also recognizes you are in need of an exception to their valid claims!
They have no valid claims. Neither in form nor in content.
