This is my first post, I usually lurk and comment whenever I feel necessary. Our general manager told everyone today that they will have to be vaccinated or undergo weekly testing at our expense and pay a surcharge for our insurance. I've reached out to AFD for legal advice on medical/religious exemptions. Does anyone know of any resources I could use to find doctors in my area who would be willing to grant medical exemption for masks/vaxx/testing? I'm doing everything in my power to resist and will never take these shots. I cannot give in to their mandates and risk loss of liberty for a jab I know kills more people than it helps. Thank you everyone!

My main concern with this is how do I get around the testing? I can refuse it but then they won’t let me into the building to work and then I’m not making money. I suppose they can fire me at that point or I can be in some kind of limbo where they don’t fire me but I can’t come in to work because of refusing testing.
If everyone refuses they won't have emoyees.
How can they mandate weekly testing at your expense? It's a job requirement they are imposing. And the health insurance surcharge is extortion. They get rates based on group size, not vaccine status. It's employee abuse and a discrimination lawsuit target. Retribution is not permitted in any HR group in the land. Sue them.
Edit: I am in the same boat as you. 20+ years of service to my country to now be told I need to be terminated for noncompliance. F their shot.
I've reached out to AFD for legal advice, do you have any recommendations for lawyers in regards to this specifically? I think they are going this route to try and get people to quit vs firing them for non compliance so they aren't liable for unemployment or legal action.
I don't have recommendations. America's Frontline Doctors has a list of legal representation options on their website. I'll probably look into one of them too. My tactic is to force them to fire me because I've done nothing wrong. Then I'll sue for wrongful termination.
it only has a life of like 2 months before the shit gets pulled from the market in my opinion. Come on ADE flu season.
Just say no to everything. No shots, no tests. My body, my choice.
Say no.
Make them fire you.
Request in wiriting why they are firing you.
Let’s hope that I run into a similar situation. I’m doing more research on religious exemptions and will be approaching HR from that angle.
don't quit
Go to America’s front line doctors site. They have a lot of info for people in your shoes. Good luck to you.
Ask them for proof that COVID-19 is real.
I'm looking through documents to present to HR, and I need proof that the current vaccines available are still under EUA. Does anyone have links from the FDA, CDC, etc showing that the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are still under EUA and are not the Comirnaty vaccines that received the FDA approval?
Some good info here:

I would definitely add this to your list of resources.

Thank you, I've taken these words to speak with my HR rep at work. I will also be recording the conversation I have with her.
Does anyone have info showing that the current vaccines available are still under EUA? I remember something floating around this site that the comirnaty vaccine is a different product that is not available in the US until testing has completed but the FDA says its been approved. I need concrete evidence to present this to my employer to build my case for exemption or they will face legal liability for forced coercion of taking it.
Did you sign any documentation to work for your employer? Because if you did, there's not much you can do, legally speaking. They can just fire and replace you.
I don't mean to be so cut and dry, but company policies are created to protect themselves. If they feel you will not abide by their policies, they have the right to terminate your employment (because you signed their legal agreement originally).
I signed an agreement when I was hired but to my knowledge there is no verbiage about vaccine mandates, this is a new policy they are planning to comply with due to the new federal mandate. My GM said something along the lines of OSHA is currently working on the outlines for how the policy is going to work. It's not being implemented right away, it's going to be coming.
