Oh man the meme in emoji form got me
Mind divulging? I have 3 boxes, revolver and three boxes 😅
Let's also remember that John Andre was hung in the square until he shit his white pants and he was dead, dead, dead.
Andre's last letter was to General Clinton.
General Washington tried to swap Andre for Benedict Arnold who fled on "The Vulture."
With no response, Andre was put to death by the usual measure at 5 pm sharp.
The whole trial and execution took 2 to 3 weeks.
True Story.

No conspiracies and no coincidences.
Benedict Arnold fled to The Vulture?
Sounds like the helicopter name the Clinton's use for every emergency the CGI attends!
The HMS Vulture... helped the traitor Arnold escape but hung Andre out to, well, hang...
Hmmmm other Clinton-vulture connections

So, who would be today's Benedict Arnold, I wonder? Did he have any surviving kin or any sons?
Nice finds fren!
None.
I highly recommend Turn: Washington's Spies. Great show.
Yes! For a Hollywood series, it is wonderful. Obviously it has its inaccuracies, but it captures the spirit of the times well, I wager.
Andre was a brilliant man, highly educated, cultured and a likeable personality. Sounds like the perfect qualities to be an intelligence officer. He was soldier and knew the risks of being caught as a spy. Frankly, he was a far better man than Arnold as he accepted his fate instead of fleeing from it. Andre acted in the service of his country whereas Arnold betrayed his country because he was bitter over being personally slighted. Had Nathan Hale not been captured and hung several years earlier, it's more likely that Andre would not have met that same fate.
The story behind how Andre was captured is actually quite interesting... because one of the two soldiers was wearing a Hessian coat, Andre believed them to be friendly Loyalists. Oops. It's not like the soldier was even planning on trapping Andre. But there's a lesson to be learned that about trapping one's enemies by making them believe that you are their friend.
Their are no Coincidence
"How to take over Fort Clinton at West Point"
Well isn't that interesting.
Just think, Pence will now move into position as the #1 remembered traitor of all time, usurping Benedict Arnold. "Pence" will be used as an insult.
