I am your control since I haven't changed vitamins for months.
I feel good recently.
It might be just that we know we've turned a corner on the information war and we know we are winning now and the normies are waking up like the sleepy trees of Fangorn forest. (Lord of the rings film reference)
Remember what happened to the orcs that ran into the forest? Nobody knows, they just disappeared.
The cabal won't be able to walk the streets among the normies either.
Ah, nice - I will keep checking with you regularly.
But what vitamins do you take ?
As for Lord of the Rings - I know it was so badly hyped, but I was never able to get into it. I watched all 3 movies and tried to read the book - the book was sooooo boring (Yeah I know, bring on the flames!)
In the morning:
I take zinc, vit c, xanthine and bilberry (eye support), glucosamine, quercetin, green tea. From this morning I will take NAC too
In the middle of the day: vit d (8000 iu), multivitamin containing selenium, boron, manganese, chromium, moybdenum etc. I take a separate iodine supplement
Sometimes I take a iron supplement or a magnesium supplement.
Sometimes a probiotic pill, sometimes coconut oil, sometimes spirulina powder.
I took ivermectin occasionally too, but I have stopped now to save it for emergencies.
If I am ill, I'll take more vitamin C and echinacea.
I'm a man in my late forties and vegetarian. I think I have filled these potential vitamin and mineral gaps from my diet, and I feel prepared. I think I have had the 'rona twice now and also shedding effects, but I'm getting stronger these days and not weaker.
Thanks for this. I take just Zeleno protocol (separately) and I feel wierd popping so many pills - I am tempted to take more supplements, but also a part of me makes me worry - especially since there is no access to doctors right now, just in case something reacts with something else.
Yes, I think all the supplements do react. I think it's possible to throw your minerals out of balance by taking supplements and create a deficiency for example.
I sometimes have a day off the vitamin supplements in case that helps.
It is really hard to know what to do these days. I guess we have to learn to listen to our body

God, I love those movies.

Sorry for the late reply.
