personally i know its all fake because i eat raw chicken and raw pork as much as I can but it is really expensive so I mostly just drink 7 gallons of raw milk per week and eat raw unsalted butter by the pound atleast half a day. Aajonus Vonderplanitz showed that the optimal human diet that can enable you to live past 200 and not have any disease and cure cancer etc is just simply eating raw meat and raw fat from animals 50/50 you can supplement with raw vegetable juice from masticating juicer about 2-4 ounces per day for extra vitamines enzymes and to balance out the body but eating fiber is totally useless and leeches fat eventually from ur brain hence vegan zombies who are protein and fat deficient by default since even the protein they claim to eat from nuts etc is not very bio available and very hard to digest and uses up more fat... the key to health is raw fat because it cleans ur body cooked fat clogs up ur body but is better than no fat I guess.
